Stelter Rentals
Stelter Rentals offers the best quality of Student housing. Rentals are conveniently located on the East side of campus within 2 blocks of Stout's academic buildings. These units are well kept and rented quickly. Most units have hardwood flooring and updated modern conveniences. One year leases are available. The lease calendar year is from June through May of the following year. Craig and Jack Stelter maintain all properties. We provide quick service and are available for all emergencies. If you need other maintenance we are there for upgrades and repairs.
Stelter rentals provides lawn care and snow removal from driveways and parking lots. We do care about our properties. If there is a need we will try to accommodate you.
